Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 0-3 years who underwent tracheal intubation under general anesthesia for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) 4 years old or older 2) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration 3) URI symptom or URI diagnosis within 2 weeks 3) Unstable vital signs 4) Children with cervical disease 5) Children with head and neck anomalies 6) Emergency surgery 7) children with a percentage of glottic opening (POGO) score 100 points at the sniffing position

There are differences in sniffing position and Laryngeal view (POGO score) when using HNCT (head and neck collar technique).
