Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for eligibility were age =65 years and < 81 years, having subjective memory complaints, and a 0.5 score on the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) Scale. In addition, participants were diagnosed with single-domain or multiple-domain MCI, with impairment in the range of 0.5 to 1 standard deviations (SDs) below that of age- and education-matched Z-score healthy subjects according to the Korean version of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's disease (CERAD-K)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included history of stroke or other neurodegenerative disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders, or severe visual impairment. We excluded patients who have MRI exclusion criteria.
