Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults in their 20s and 30s without any complaints/fractures/disorders in their upper arm, shoulder, wrist, or skin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study subjects were open wounds, allergic reaction to CR, sensory abnormality, cardiovascular disorder, administration of pain medications within the last week, or administration of medications for cardiovascular disorders.
