Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients had x-ray and bone mineral density before oral medication or epidural steroid injection for low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous spine surgery 2. patients with a condition that can cause gait abnormality or fracture (eg, stroke, Parkinson's disease, severe knee, or hip disability)
