Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients who have been diagnosed with stroke due to cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction on CT or MRI - Male and female aged over 19 years old - Less than 2 years after stroke - Baseline MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale) grade 1 or higher - Patients with spasticity after stroke who did not undergo neuroprotection or surgery to reduce spasticity - Those who consent to participate in this trial and sign an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system,or endocrine system diseases - Those with acute or chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases - Those with a history of other serious psychiatric history(such as schizophrenia) or who have medication use - Those with cognition disorder and who are unable to make an accurate clinical assessment - Subjects who have had needle phobia or hypersensitivity reactions with acupuncture - Those who have blood clotting disease - Those taking warfarin and having an International Normalized Ratio(INR) of 3 or higher - Those who have communication disorder and can not give an accurate answer - Others whose clinical trials conductors are considered inappropriate for participating in this trial
