Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (age 19>=)who receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy in department of general surgery 2. Patients who are physical status 1 or 2 of American Society of Anesthesiologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI < 18.5 kg/m2 or 35 kg/m2 2. Patients who have gross deformity in chest cage or spine 3. Patients who have valvular heart diseas, coronary heart disease, known arrhythmia or suspiscious of ischemic heart disease 4. Patients showing serum cretinine > 1.4 mg/dl due to CRF or receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
