Inclusion criteria: Lower back pain and radiculopathy patients who underwent caudal block at Samsung Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lumbar surgery, no prior epidural injection within 2 months, lumbosacral neuroplasty, neoplastic disease
