Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-70 years old patients 2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) class 1, 2 3. patient undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with upper respiratory infection in the last two weeks 2. chronic throat disease patient 3. History of laryngeal and tracheal pathology( tracheostomy) 4. Lung disease with impaired compliance such as COPD 5. in case of first intubation failure
