Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (>20 years old or =20, <70 years old) patients with written informed consent American society of anesthesiologist physical status I-III: Previous healthy (I), controlled systemic disease (II), uncontrolled systemic disease (III)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiologist physical status higher than IV Child or old age Sensory or motor deficit Allergy to local anesthetic Allergy to dexmedetomidine Local infection at the site of interscalene brachial plexus block or systemic infection Hepatic, cardiac, or renal disease Coagulopathy (Prolonged INR>1.5) Pregnancy Patient refusal
