Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will include the patients with acute positional vertigo, which has the characteristic nystagmus (up and torsional nystagmus over 1 minute) during Dix-Hallpije test. They should not have any neurological disorder involving the central nervous system and abnormal neurological signs except the nystagmus. The patients should agree to participate this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude the patients having vestibular neuritis, meniere's disease, or other peripheral and central vestibular disorder which can cause the dizziness. The patients who have servere medical problem (ex. spinal cord disease, severe obesity, liver or kidney disease, or cancer) or the pregnant women cannot participant. The patients who disagree this study will be excluded.
