Drug : Randomization with two group and perfoming suprascapular nerve block
? group of suprascapular nerve block with steroid: 8ml of 1&#37
bupivacaine and 2 mL of 10 mg/mL triamcinolone acetonide, ? group of suprascapular nerve block without steroid: 8 mL of 1&#37
bupivacane only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 19 to 75 years old (2) Adhesive capsulitis for at least 1 month of pain duration: restriction of passive motion of greater than 30° in two or more planes of movement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary adhesive capsulitis (2) Definite rotator cuff lesion; complete or full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff (3) High-risk bleeding tendency (4) Previous history of shoulder surgery
