Procedure/Surgery : Neutral position group (Group N) does not use a pillow and Sniffing position group (Group S) adds a pillow so that the ear and sternal notch are parallel.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (=19 or >19 years old) Body mass index <30 Patients undergoing nasotracheal intubation for dental surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index more than 30 or body mass index=30 Child (<18 years old, =18 years old) Old age (=70 or >70 years old) Pregnancy Coagulopathy Patient refusal Previous cervical disc disease or previous neck surgery Patients with clinical signs of difficult airway (a modified Mallampati score of 3 or 4, mouth opening < 30 mm, thyromental distance < 65 mm, limited neck movement with < 80° by the Wilson test)
