Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients aged 6 to 17 years Both children and their caregivers are participated in this study with written informed consents Caregivers are able to express or monitor their children's pain scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous adenotonsillectomy Bleeding disorder Psychological disorder Craniofacial anomaly Peri-tonsillar abscess Suspicious neoplasm
