Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 19 to 75 years 2. patients diagnosed as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease 3. ALT or ALT 40 or higher 4. Patients with hyperlipidemia requiring statin therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 19, or older than 75 2. Patients with diabetes or HbA1c > 6.5 3. If triglycerides are over 500 mg / dL 4. decompensated liver cirrhosis 5. Significant alcohol intake 6. Medications that can cause fatty liver 7. hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection 8. hepatocellular carcinoma 9. decreased kidney function (GFR < 60) 10. history of ketoacidosis 11. pregnancy or lactation 12. Patients who did not agree with the study
