Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (19 years old or older) 2. Among the new patients (19 years old or older) who visited organization of pilot project for Korean and Western collaborative, and whose primary symptom is facial palsy. 3. KCD6 disease codes of facial palsy are G51.0, G51.8, G51.9. 4. The person who has decided to participate in this clinical study voluntarily or the legal representative has signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The person who is participating in other clinical trials (not applicable to those participating in observational studies) 2. The person who is expected to be difficult to comply with the clinical research schedule. 3. The person who is expected to have difficulty in understanding and responding to research questionnaires, such as illiteracy and lack of body and mind 4. Other reasons that researchers find it difficult to participate in the clinical research
