Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female elderly patients (60~75yrs) with American Society Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I or II who undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with sevoflurane or desflurane will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with predicted difficult airway, body mass index > 30 kg/m2, history of upper respiratory infection (with 2 weeks), respiratory disease, current smokers(within 8 weeks), uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, moderate to severe coronary artery disease wilil be excluded from the study.
