Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 60 Living kidney donor for elective kidney transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of acute kidney injury History of morbid obesity, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus Hypoalbuminemia(3.0 g/dL) or Hypoproteinemia(<6.0 g/dL) Anemia(Hg <10.6 g/dL, Hct <30%) Low body weight(BMI < 18) People who cannot remote ischemic preconditioning -Cuff cannot be placed on the upper extremity due to fracture or trauma -Pulse is not palpable in the upper limb Other subject who are not suitable for study by researcher's judgement
