Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First- ever stroke (infarction or hemorrhage diagnosed with brain CT or MRI) Subacute status, stroke occurred <3months Ability to follow instruction for pulmonary function test Ability to Hx. For peak VO2 Ability to follow instruction for functional outcome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent surgery History of respiratory disease Patient with Tracheostomy status respiratory infection severe obesity thoracic deformity
