Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1, 2, 3 Age: 19-65 yrs Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery for benign ovary diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery for malignant neoplasm of uterus Clinically significant coagulopathy Infection at the injection site Allergy to local anesthetics Severe cardiopulmonary disease (=American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status 4) Body mass index > 35 Diabetic or other neuropathies Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy Patients who have refused intravenous patient controlled analgesia (PCA) Inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) score and patient controlled analgesia (PCA) device Patient who does not want to receive quadratus lumborum block or rectus sheath block Patients who want to receive a quadratus lumborum block or rectus sheath block
