Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged 18-90 years who received Miniscalpel-Needle therapy at the Chung-Yeon Korean Medicine Hospital (Sang-Mu branch) after the research approval date 2. Those who are able to communicate with researchers with minimal help, and report adverse reactions 3. Those who voluntarily signed the agreement after hearing the explanation of the research after the research approval date 4. If the information such as sex, age, etc. is not missing on the medical records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are deemed unsuitable for research by researchers
