Drug : In the ephedrine group, 40 mg / 1 cc of Ephdrine was added to 9 ml of physiological saline. And mixed with 10 cc syringes. In the control group, 10 ml is prepared and placed in a 10 cc syringe,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled to undergo spinal anesthesia for sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 20 - American Society of Anesthesiology grade 3 or higher -Norepinephrine A person taking a reuptake inhibitor. (Eg, tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, acute cocaine intoxication) - myocardial infarction and stroke within the past one year - Prior to major cardiac surgery within 1 year - Patients diagnosed with heart failure - Patients who require vasodilators or oxygen therapy because they are anxious before surgery. - Patients with fever (> 38 degrees) - Patients with medication-sensitive history of previous sedation. - Severe Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure (systolic blood pressure >180, diastolic blood pressure >100) - Patients who can not talk and have cognitive impairment - If the subject includes a person who can not read the consent form (eg, illiterate, foreigner, etc.) - You have received other treatment or surgery.
