Behavioral : The CSE and IBE groups autonomously performed the intervention at least 15 minutes, 3 times per week, depending on their physical condition such as fatigue, lymphedema, discomfort or pain

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer patient with from 20 to 70 years of age Voluntary applications lining in the metropolitan area Those who received chemotherap and radiotherapy after mastectomy Tjose with shoulder pain and function limitations and discomfort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical gerniated nucleus patient Rotator cuff tear, shoulder dislocation, shoulder impingement, cardiovascular disease, Renal disease Regular exercise, concurrent unstable cardiac hypertensive, respiratory disease, cognitive dysfunction Smoker, pregnant, cognitive impaired
