Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who agree to participate and sign in informed consent form 2. Healthy men and women with normal weight (BMI: 18.5-30)aged 20-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have been diagnosed with any chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia, obesity, cancer etc. 2. Subjects who have taken diseases-related medicines, taken HRT and/or used oral contraceptives within the 2 weeks prior to enrolment. 3. Subjects who is pregnant or have breastfed within 6 month prior to enrolment 4. Any other factor that the Investigator thinks will increase subject risk with participation
