Interventions

Behavioral : The patients were divided according to the intensity of exercises into a high intensity group for exercises 60~70&#37
of the maximal heart rate(n=8), a low intensity group for exercises 40~50&#37
of the maximal heart rate(n=8), and a control group for only taking drugs(n=8) and exercise programs were implemented while the patients were taking drugs.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: These patients who do not have any cardiovascular disease and correspond to H&Y 1~5 stage understood the purpose of this research, and the 33 patients with Parkinson's disease between 50~75 age who filled in research content form were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with Parkinson''s sydromes such as manifold contraction or who have Alzheimer's disease or severe cognitive impairment found through The mini-mental state examination-Korea version test were excluded from this research, and the 24 subjects who did not show any significant difference in the equivalence check were finally confirmed.
