2. Control group: cold snare polypectomy for small polyps of the colon

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Among the patients who underwent colonoscopy, colonic polyps of 6 mm-10 mm were found
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease 2. Pregnancy 3. Inability to provide informed consent 4. If the physician deemed that the patient was not eligible to participate
