Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Femur unstable intertrochanteric fracture and subtalar fracture using long cephalomedullary nail for patients older than 60 years who require internal fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pathological fracture due to tumor 2) Patients with reoperation due to nonunion
