Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - the patients who get a thoracic epidural cathetization in major abdominal surgery - 19 ~ 85 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - in case of non-extubated state after surgery - the patient who transfered to intensive care unit after the surgery
