Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -older than 19 years -lung surgery under one lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status ? - Forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) < 40% predicted - Ejection fraction <50% - Esophageal lesions or previous esophageal surgery - Hemoglobin < 10 g/dL - Refusal of patients
