Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult male and female patients aged between 20 to 70 years who can understand and cooperate with the purpose of study - Patients who have cervical radiculopathy that matches findings of MRI - Patients who have cervical radiculopathy from unilateral 1 or 2 level that can be triggered by physical examination - Patients who did not respond to conservative management such as medication/exercise over 1 month - Patients who voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - disagreement to participate in the study - history of cervical spinal surgery - symptoms with bilateral or more than three segments - need to exclude facet joint syndrome or myofascial pain syndrome - involvement in motor function - side effects on local anesthetics or steroids - abnormal blood clotting, pregnancy, lactation - yellow flag sign - red flag sign - uncontrolled medical and psychological problems
