Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients = 19 years old, who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologist physical classfication = III Patients who can not attach a BIS sensor to the forehead or zygoma area Operation time within 1 hour The possibility of difficult mask ventilation The need of awake intubation The possibility of difficult intubation craniofacial anomaly The patients who reject to participate in the research
