Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among the patients scheduled for surgery 1) American society of anesthesiologist physical status (ASA PS) I-III adult patients (aged 19-65) 2) Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy using desflurane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children (18 years old or younger) 2) BMI> 25 kg / m 2 or <18.5 kg / m 2 3) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness 4) Those diagnosed with metabolic diseases 5) Drug addiction or alcohol addiction 6) Liver, kidney disease 7) Pregnant and lactating women 8) Emergency surgery 9) Those who fall under the taboo disease of each drug - Patients with glaucoma, obstructive uropathy, patients with obstructive gastrointestinal disease, patients with paralytic ileus, patients with severe ulcerative colitis, patients with giant colic,

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We will compare the BIS before the administration of neostigmine, pyridostigmine, and sugammadex (N, P, S) and after regain TOF ratio 0.9 in three groups while maintaining inhalation anesthetics.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The difference in time taken to increase BIS with increasing TOF ratio after each muscle relaxant (N, P, S) administration will be assessed;The difference in the time to increase EMG activity with increasing TOF ratio after each muscle relaxant (N, P, S) administration will be evaluated.
