Inclusion criteria: Among all mothers under 35 years old who are currently scheduled for hospitalization for child birth: 1. Those who have given informed consent 2. Expected for caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not give informed consent 2. Mothers with genetic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities 3. HIV antibody positive or Hepatitis B or C carriers
