Drug : Transthoracic echocardiographic examination of diastolic dysfunction of the heart after breast surgery or laparoscopic cholecystectomy during sevoflurane anesthesia (self respiration)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 60 year adult patients undergoing elective right breast ca. surgery or laparoscopic cholecystectomy who agreed to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of heart surgery, moderate to severe valvular diseases, severely depressed ejection fraction, atrial fibrillation, hemodynamically unstable state, allergy to anesthetic drugs, tachycardia, difficulty of probing at the site of transthoracic echocardiography exam (due to skin wound, plasters etc)
