Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed clinically (history, physical examination or CT or ultrasound)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A case of perforated appendicitis (CT with a perforated abscess) If the laparoscopic surgery is difficult because of a history of lower abdominal surgery pregnant woman
