Procedure/Surgery : (1) In the treatment group, 1 mL of 10 mg / mL triamcinolone acetonide and 9 mL of 1%
lidocaine were used for adductor canal block in the mid-thigh, (2) In the placebo group, intramuscular injection of 1%
lidocaine ( trigger point injection).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with knee medial pain for at least 3 months and diagnosed with osteoarthritis by physical examination and x-ray, (2) at least or above 45 years, (3) grade of Kellgren–Lawrence grading scale 2 to 4 of osteoarthritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of other obvious knee pathology, such as a fracture, infection or rheumatic diseases, (2) prior surgery to the knee.
