Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery at E rosette in Asan Medical Center 2. Age: > or = 20 and <80 3. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1,2,3 4. Patient who had consented to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have desease associated with autonomic nervous system 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neurogenic pain, chronic pain 3. Numerical rating scale for pain before surgery: more than or equal 1 4. Arrhythmia 5. Patients who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in the study for any other reason not mentioned in the inclusion and exclusion criteria
