Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases which underwent surgical procedures under anesthesia services in and outside operating room at a tertiary university hospital between January 2013 and November 2017 at Samsung Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) cases of anesthesia for obstetric procedures from Nonoperating room anesthesia cases 2) cases of anesthesia for cardiac surgeries from Operating room anesthesia 3) cases of anesthesia for organ donation
