Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Head and neck and Lung cancer patients who will receive curative RT of 60 Gy or more a) patients who receive radiation therapy with curative aim b) 60 Gy (BED 72 Gy10, aß=10) or more radiation therapy to neck or supraclavicular area. BED10=daily dose x number of fractions x (1+dailiy dose/aß) (aß=10) c) ECOG 0-1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) pregnancy b) a history of photosensitivity
