Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: <Patient> Patient diagnosed with colon cancer by opinion from endoscope or histopathology. Patient who has agreed to participate in research before colon cancer surgery Age: over 30 Sex: Both <Control> Subject who has not been diagnosed with colon cancer Subject with no history of colon cancer Healthy subject without any history of tumorous lesion in any part of his or her body Healthy subject who has not contracted infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or intestinal inflammatory diseases in his or her lifetime. Age: over 30 Sex: Both
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: <Patient> Subject suffering from cancer, that is not colon cancer. Subject suffering from crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tubercle, vetto enteritis, or other chronic inflammatory diseases, except for colon cancer. Subject with accompanying serious internal or external disease. Subject with previous colon cancer surgery history <Control> Subject that have been diagnosed with tumorous lesion Subject with autoimmune disease including intestinal inflammatory disease Subject that has contracted an infectious disease Subject that has contracted internal or external chronic disease. Subject deemed unsuitable to participate in other
