Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A 20-80 year old patient who was initially diagnosed with thyroid cancer and scheduled for surgery. Patients who have not received prior radiation to the thyroid and head and neck regions. Patients without an organic voice disorder such as pre-operative vocal cord paralysis, vocal cord nodules, etc. Patients who have received sufficient explanation of the study and agreed

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the above criteria. patient who can not perform Laryngeal voice function ultrasonography and voice evaluation
