Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 65 years old 2. American Society of Anesthesiology physical status classification grade 1, 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal to particiapate 2. arrhythmia, valvular disease, ischemic heart disease 3. carotid artery sclerosis, carotid artery stenosis 4. difficulty to perform the passive leg raising test 5. BMI > 35 kg/m2 6. transfusion within 3 months 7. use of vasopressors
