Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 ~ 85 year old 2) patients undergoing elective surgery which is expected ending within 2 hours 3) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) emergency operation 2) uncontrolled hypertension(systlic blood pressure before anesthesia induction = 180mmHg) 3) obesity (Body mass index >35kg/m2) 4) pharyngeal pathology 5) risk of gastroespophageal reflux 6) end stage renal disease 7) respiratory disease 8) wobbling teeth 9) psychiatric disease or cognitive disorder
