Behavioral, Dietary Supplement : Randomized allocation of sixty study participants to daily living group (n=20), sun exposure group (n=20), and vitamin D group(n=20). (1) daily living group: usual dai
of body surface area during daytime during 1 month (3) vitamin D supplement group: consuming approximately 800 IU of vitamin D supplements daily during 1 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 20~50 year-old adult who lives in Daegu Metropolitan City and who agrees with the purpose of the study -Vitamin D <20 ng/ml at screening test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Vitamin D=20 ng/ml at screening test - current taking vitamin D supplements for the prevention or treatment of vitamin D deficiency - sensitive to sunlight (e.g., systematic lupus erythematosus) - contraindication for vitamin D supplements - uncontrolled endocrine disease such as diabetes - abnormal liver or kidney function - during nancy or breastfeeding - history of skin cancer or high risk for skin cancer
