Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery at E rosette in Asan Medical Center 2. Patinet who had consented to this stud 3. aged 20-80 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists classification I, II or ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recent administration of drugs acting on central nervous system such as sedatives or opioids ((ketamine, amphetamine, midazolam, opioid, chlorpromazine, clozapine, olanzapine, risperidone, haloperidol, quetiapine, risperidone, paliperidone, amisulpride, sertindole), were excluded.
