Inclusion criteria: 1. Both men and women aged 19-75 2. Taking Saegmaeksangagambang 3. Who voluntarily participating in the study and voluntarily signed to the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who taking other herbal medicine during last 2 weeks 2. Who taking alcohol and caffeine on the day before the visit and on the day of visit 3. Who receive other traditional Korean medicine intervention such as acupuncture, pharmacoacupuncture , moxibustion or cupping therapy. 4. Who taking female hormone preparation during last month
