Exclusion criteria: <Exclusion Criteria for Subjects> ? Those who are currently being treated with physical or mental illness ? Those taking anti-anxiety medicine or sleeping pills ? Those who are under the menstruation ? Those who drank during the experiment ? Those who have side effects on aroma essential oils
