Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients(Cardiovascular) and Outpatients(Rheumatology) who use IV therapy with IV Flow Regulator in eulji medical center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Less than 18 years 2)More than 80 years 3)LVEF<55% 4)Cr>2.0mg/dl 5)Hypernatremia patients 6)Patients who expect side effects ; IV therapy with 1L Normal saline for a day ; by researcher's judgment.
