Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study ? Women between 20 and 49 years of age ? Women experiencing menstruation ? When breast pain is measured by NRS, there are 3 or more items with 5 or more points ? Those with breast pain lasting more than 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with breast-related disease ? Those taking medication that can affect the measurements of breast pain
