Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19 to 70 years who were diagnosed with acute herpes zoster within a month and were on antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with inflammatory diseases such as RA 2) patients with cancer or infection 3) patients who have difficulty in writing consent because can not communicate 4) hemodynamically unstable patients 5) patients with allergies to infection drugs
