Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for pneumothorax or biopsy American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Classification (ASA) grades 1-3, Patients who underwent wedge resection of the lungs, A person who has applied for patient controlled analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with grade 4 or higher in American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Classification (ASA) grades Patients with chronic pain syndrome, Patients with a history of drug dependence, Patients those who can not communicate with researchers, Patients who have received anticoagulants or bleeding disorder. Patietnts exceeding BMI score 35, Patients who did not apply for PCA Those who refuse nerve block
